5. Sowing carrots on a windy day.  Carrots in sidewalk cracks!

4. Burying milk jugs as a deep watering device. Plastic breaking down in the garden.

3. Not hardening plants off before putting them in garden.  Seedlings can’t take harsh temperature changes .  They will leave your garden and go to plant heaven.

2. Planting creeping bellflower. It’s a weed, people!  A WEED!

1. Not having made enough friends to get rid of all the zucchini I grow.  Watch out or I’ll throw them through an open window of your car.

5. Not stretching and getting sore and tired the next day.  You mean I can’t garden lying down?

4. Allowing my fear of harvesting to get in the way.  That broccoli looked perfect yesterday and went to flower today!

3. Continually buying hydrangeas without properly watering.Now I buy silk hydrangeas.  Cause silk hydrangeas don’t need no stinking water. 

2. Getting lawn dethatched, which chopped up and propagated bindweed. It was like Micky Mouse’s broomin the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.  Bindweed everywhere!!!!
